There are a lot of happy Loomies in their home offices today. And that’s because we did it! Last night Loom Digital won the Business Services category at the Bristol Life Awards – we’re still in shock!
Up against ten other incredible Bristol-based businesses, we are thrilled to have won the “Business Services” category. To decide on the winner, the judges looked for “demonstrations of the efficiency and effectiveness, repeat business and recommendations, growth and/or positive results in the past year” along with demonstrations about “what makes our service a cut above the rest.”
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, 2020’s Bristol Life Awards ceremony was hosted online, so the team tuned into the virtual award ceremony from the comfort of their homes.
You can watch the moment when Loom was announced as the winner below:
Our entry focused on our 2019 rebrand, our 30% YOY revenue growth and our incredible client retention over the last 12 months, and the judges recognised our hard work and dedication to our clients, and our own business.
“It’s milestone 10th anniversary brought with it a creative rebrand, and Loom was born. What followed was a 30% revenue growth and remarkable client retention. Going from strength to strength.”

“I am so so thrilled that we’ve won the Business Services category! And this win is all thanks to the Loomies – they work so hard to deliver consistently excellent results for our clients, and go above and beyond to create strong, personable client relationships that last for years.”
Nikki Ellison, Founder & Director of Loom Digital
For us, this achievement is especially welcome in what’s been a difficult year for everyone. And while 2020 has certainly presented new challenges for everyone, last night’s ceremony really highlighted the support within our local community, and it feels so good to be a part of this incredible city.
